We are happy to announce that Mytäjäisten Kotileipomo, a small bakery operating in Lahti since 2016, has joined the Fundis partner network.
The bakery makes all its products itself in its own bakery in Kärpäsenmäki, employing about 17 people. Their selection includes 100% rye bread, crusty Gourmet bread, multi-grain rolls, as well as the famous blueberry doughnuts and crystal buns. Products are made using domestic ingredients whenever possible and produced locally, respecting traditions.
Entrepreneur Ari Huovila talks about the background of the collaboration:
