FC Lahti junior teams have joined Fundis, and the club’s teams now have a new, easier way to raise funds for their activities.
FC Lahti ry’s Executive Director Tommi Laitila sees Fundis as valuable for the teams:
“We wanted to join Fundis because it makes it possible to support individual teams directly, and then you can truly see where the support goes. Raising funds through everyday purchases also makes supporting effortless.”
Fundis CEO Seppo Kuusinen considers the partnership important:
“The collaboration with FC Lahti’s senior team has worked brilliantly, it’s fantastic that we now get the junior side on board too! My own football fandom started at Kivimaa in youth school, so this is especially close to my heart.”
We also attended FC Lahti’s team managers’ meeting to present Fundis. The event provided a great opportunity to explain how Fundis helps teams with fundraising and supporting their activities.
The team managers got to learn about Fundis’ operating principles and how it can be integrated into the teams’ daily routines.
Fundis’ goal is to make supporting teams as easy as possible for both supporters and teams. Collaboration with clubs is an important part of this work, and the presentation held for FC Lahti’s team managers was a step toward smoother and more effective fundraising.
