Fundis has had the pleasure of collaborating with talented interns who have been involved in developing our app and its user experience. Students from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences have participated in user testing, app testing in both development and authentic environments, and conducted various studies, such as research related to app gamification.
Fundis CEO Seppo Kuusinen sees offering opportunities to international interns as important:
“Fundis wants to offer students the opportunity to grow and learn. At the same time, we gain new perspectives and expertise for the business and its development. It has been surprising to hear that international students have difficulties finding internships. We see bringing people from different backgrounds into the team as a great asset, as it aligns with our values and also supports our internationalization strategy.
Herizon has made the process with Haaga-Helia students really easy for us. So, thanks also to Sini Ågren and Daria Galina from Herizon.”
Fundis has had the pleasure of working with the following interns:
Dennis De Jonge, a marketing student and passionate football fan, came to Fundis for his marketing internship. He has worked on Fundis’s internationalization and taken on daily marketing tasks. He shared his experiences like this:

Olga Israelian, a third-year ITBBA student, has focused on developing the gamified features of the Fundis app. She describes her internship like this:
“I really like this internship because of the active mentoring, flexibility, and interesting tasks.”
Vu Bao Anh, a Business Information Technology student, has served as a UI/UX research intern. He is responsible for user testing and reporting on the app’s user experience. He praises the work environment as follows:
“At Fundis, Lasse and Seppo always create the best atmosphere and environment for us to grow and learn – they are really friendly and open in their communication.”
Preeti Singh, an ITBBA student and intern working on a UX development project, talks about her experience at Fundis:
