Jesse brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, international growth, design leadership, and sales and marketing to the company. He has previously served as the CEO of Avidly and is one of the co-founders of the digital design company Idean.

Jesse’s international career spans operations in Finland, Germany, China, Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, providing him with a unique global perspective on business. He is also the author of a business book on design leadership and has published academic articles on design thinking methodologies.

As an active investor and board professional, Jesse strengthens Fundis’ strategic direction and growth objectives.
